What can be deleted
Account details, connected channel accounts and tokens, published posts and media, and usage records.
Option 1 · In the product
You can delete your workspace and account in dashboard settings. [TBD: exact menu path]
Option 2 · Email request
Email hello@postio.dev from your signup address asking for deletion. We process it after verifying it's you.
Option 3 · Meta data deletion callback
Removing the app in your Facebook settings sends us a deletion request automatically; the confirmation URL lets you check its processing status.
Timing
Requests are processed without delay; data remaining in backups is deleted on the rotation cycle. [TBD: exact period]
